When using &stretch, we will only provide services to those who agree to the terms of use below.
[Notes on use]
●If any of the items below apply to you, we will refrain from stretching at our store and may interrupt your stretching session.
・People who have been drinking alcohol
・Persons with heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, diabetes, epilepsy, etc.
・Persons with an infectious disease, infectious dermatitis, severe athlete's foot, or skin inflammation
・Persons suffering from fractures, burns, bruises, sprains, hernias, inflammation, muscle strains, etc.
・Those with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher
・Persons using legally regulated drugs
・Persons who are forced to perform acts unrelated to this service
・Persons who have acted in a way that is a nuisance to other customers.
・Others who are deemed inappropriate by the trainer
●Customers who are minors require parental consent.
●Touching the trainer's body is strictly prohibited.
●Poaching a trainer from the same industry is prohibited.
●Please note that our store will not be responsible or liable for any refunds or liability in the event that you experience muscle pain, injury, or become unwell after stretching.
●Our store is not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables. Please manage it yourself.
[About cancellation]
Cancellations without notification may incur a cancellation fee.
Please note that if you are using a coupon ticket and cancel without contacting us, or if you cancel less than 1 hour before the reservation time on the day, the coupon will be considered to have been used.
[About being late]
Please be sure to contact us if you will be late for your reservation time. If you are late for your reservation time, your stretching time may be shortened. There will be no refunds for the shortened stretch fee. Also, if you are late for more than 10 minutes from your reservation time without contacting us, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation on the same day.
[About coupons]
・If you purchase a coupon ticket, you are deemed to have agreed to all of our terms of use.
・Expiry date is 180 days from the date of purchase.
・This ticket can be shared among family members.
・We do not accept returns or refunds. We will not accept returns or refunds for the remaining number of sessions.
・Tickets that have expired will be invalidated.
・Cannot be used in conjunction with discounts.

9. Suspension of use of personal information
&stretch does not use personal information obtained from customers in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, because it is being handled outside the scope of the purpose of use announced in advance, or because it was obtained illegally. If we are requested to suspend the service, we will confirm the customer's identity and promptly conduct the necessary investigation. Depending on the results, we will promptly stop using your personal information and notify you accordingly. Additionally, if we decide not to suspend use, we will notify you promptly.
10. Improving, reviewing, and disposing of personal information
&stretch regularly conducts inspections regarding the handling of personal information and makes improvements and reviews as appropriate. In addition, if the need to retain personal information is no longer necessary in light of the purpose of use, we will delete or discard the personal information.
